摘　　要：从工程哲学视角看,中国式现代化不仅包含各种复杂的工程技术活动,其本身也是一项极为巨大的社会工程。中国式现代化进程的设计、规划、组织、实施要考虑到资源、环境、人口、科技进步、社会发展、文化转型等各种相关因素和边界条件。自20世纪初开始,全球性经济和社会发展出现“临界效应”,中国式现代化面临尖锐挑战和难得契机,而中华优秀传统文化在这一时代背景下显示出特有的思维优势:一是对事物有机联系的整体把握;二是对实践合理性的直觉体验;三是其伦理原则强调共生、和谐与“大我”。中国式现代化在实施过程中必须注意“临界效应”的限定条件,利用好优秀思想文化资源,促进各种相关因素的和谐共生,以保证现代化进程中各项具体措施切实可行,顺利实现既定目标。In recent years,thethinking method of engineering philosophy have had an increasingly significant impact on theoretical research and real life.They are not only used to analyze major engineering projects,but also to study major social activities with engineering properties,namely"social engineering".From the perspective of engineering philosophy,Chinese modernization not only includes various complex engineering and technological activities,but also is seen as a huge social project.The design,planning,organization and implementation of the process of Chinese modernization should take into account various relevant factors and boundary conditions such as resources,environment,population,scientific and technological progress,social development and cultural transformation.Since the beginning of the 20th century,the"critical effect"of global economic and social development has made Chinese modernization face sharp challenges and rare opportunities.Chinese modernization strives to build a world of lasting peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,cleanness and beauty,which is in line with China's national conditions.From the perspective of social engineering philosophy,its goals are more reasonable and optimized,expanding the way for developing countries to move towards modernization,and providing a Chinese solution for mankind's exploration of a better social system.As a social project,Chinese modernization should not only consider the social problems,resource problems and environmental problems caused by various specific engineering and technical activities,but also fully consider the impact of ideological and cultural factors involving the macro strategic level on the operation of various engineering projects during the implementing process.during the implementing process Reflection in this regard also needs to play the guiding role of social engineering philosophy.Social engineering philosophy is regarded as a modern expression of historical materialism.It faces the economic facts of the mod
