摘 要:以ZnCl_(2)、CaCl_(2)和Na2CO_(3)为反应物,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为分散剂和形貌的调控剂,采用共沉淀法制备了ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合材料。XRD和FT-IR结果显示,ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合材料中包含六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO以及方解石型CaCO_(3)。SEM表明,加入SDBS后,改善了ZnO微粒团聚性。复合材料中ZnO是由片层松散排列在一起所形成的类球形,而CaCO_(3)为边长4μm左右且表面光滑的六面体形。光催化性能测试表明,ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合材料比ZnO具有更好的光催化降解性能,这可能得益于SDBS在材料合成过程中的调控作用以及复合材料中ZnO和CaCO_(3)的协同作用。经过5次循环降解实验后,ZnO/CaCO_(3)复合材料对亚甲基蓝的降解率仍超过94%,说明该复合物具有良好的光催化稳定性。ZnO/CaCO_(3)composites were prepared by coprecipitation method using ZnCl_(2),CaCl_(2)and Na 2CO_(3)as the reactants and Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate(SDBS)as dispersant and morphology regulator.XRD and FT-IR results showed that the structures of ZnO and CaCO_(3)were hexagonal wurtzite and calcite respectively in the composites.SEM results showed that the aggregation of ZnO particles was improved under the regulation of SDBS.In the composites,ZnO particles were spherical-like shape formed by the loose arrangement of layers and CaCO_(3)particles were hexahedron with a side length of 4μm and smooth surface.ZnO/CaCO_(3)composites had better photocatalytic degradation performance than ZnO,which might be due to the regulation of SDBS in the synthesis of the materials and the synergistic effect of ZnO and CaCO_(3)in the composites.After five cycles of degradation experiments,the degradation ratio for Methylene blue was still over 94%,which indicated that the composites had good photocatalytic stability.
