摘　　要：饲料微生物发酵具有降低毒素和抗营养因子含量、促进养分消化吸收、提高动物机体免疫力、减少养殖污染、促进采食等作用。使用微生物发酵非常规饲料原料,可以缓解当前畜牧业可持续发展存在的常规原料不足以及养殖废弃物污染环境等问题。文章综述了微生物发酵饲料常用菌种及发酵方法、微生物发酵饲料在肉鸡生产上的应用,以期为微生物发酵饲料开发应用提供参考。Microbial fermentation feed can reduce the contents of toxin and anti-nutrient factors,promote nutrient digestion and absorption,improve animal immunity,reduce breeding pollution and promote food intake.The use of microbial fermentation of unconventional raw materials can alleviate the current problems of the shortage of conventional raw materials in the sustainable development of animal husbandry and the pollution of the environment by breeding waste.The common strains and fermentation methods of microbial fermentation feed and the application of microbial fermentation feed in broiler production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and application of microbial fermentation feed.
