摘 要:目的探讨硫化氢(H2S)气体染毒对小鼠嗅觉功能的影响和H2S染毒试验后小鼠嗅觉的恢复情况。方法选取清洁级BALB/c小鼠36只,按随机数字表法分为对照组、0.05 mg/L H2S组、5.00 mg/L H2S组,每组12只。在染毒周期结束后观察小鼠嗅觉的恢复情况,对小鼠的行为学和觅食时间进行记录和评估。结果染毒前,各组小鼠觅食时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);染毒进行第10、20、30天,5.00 mg/L H2S组小鼠觅食时间逐渐延长,与同期对照组和0.05 mg/L H2S组小鼠的觅食时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脱离染毒后恢复期第5、10、15天,5.00 mg/L H2S组小鼠觅食时间随着时间推移逐渐缩短,但仍明显比对照组和0.05 mg/L H2S组小鼠觅食时间长,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5.00 mg/L H2S气体短期毒性试验可以造成小鼠嗅觉障碍,表现为觅食时间上的差异,这种嗅觉障碍在脱离暴露环境后的15 d可以在一定程度上恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide(H2S)on olfactory function in mice and the recovery of olfactory function after H2S poisoning test.Methods Thirty⁃six clean grade BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group,0.05 mg/L H2S exposure group,and 5.00 mg/L H2S exposure group according to the random number table method,with 12 mice in each group.The recovery of olfactory function was observed after H2S exposure cycle.The behavior and foraging time of the mice were recorded.Results Before the exposure test,there was no significant difference in olfaction time among the groups(P>0.05).On the 10th,20th and 30th day of the exposure test,the foraging time of 5.00 mg/L H2S exposure group was gradually prolonged,which was significantly different from that of the control group and 0.05 mg/L H2S exposure group(P<0.05).On the 5th,10th and 15th day after exposure test,the foraging time of 5.00 mg/L H2S exposure group gradually shortened,which was significantly longer than that of the control group and 0.05 mg/L H2S exposure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The short⁃term toxicity test of 5.00 mg/L H2S can cause olfactory dysfunction in mice,manifested by differences in foraging time.This olfactory dysfunction can be recovered to some extent within 15 days after leaving the exposed environment.
