摘　　要：文章通过分析造价工程师在房地产开发各阶段进行投资控制的重要性 ,明确了房地产开发投资控制的重点 ,细化各阶段投资控制的具体工作 。The paper analyses the importance of the cost engineer to proceed the investment control in each stage of real estate development,defines clear investment control point of real estate development,the paper sets forth how to decompose each stage concrete work of investment control,and offers the concrete measure.
