摘　　要：植物措施是水土流失防治措施体系中最核心的措施。林下药用植物开发与利用,是农林复合经营基础上发展起来的新兴产业。以“两山”理论为指导,立足水土保持植物资源建设、开发与保护,将水土流失治理与水土保持药用植物开发相结合,探索水土保持“林-药”模式,既可创新水土流失防治模式,又可切实践行“两山”理论,实现优质的水土保持生态产品价值转化,引领水土保持高质量发展。Plant measures are the most central actions in the system of soil and water conservation.The development and utilization of medicinal plants under forests is an emerging industry developed based on integrated agroforestry operation.Guided by the“Two-Mountain”theory,which emphasizes the integral value of ecological and economic benefits,this industry focuses on the construction,development,and protection of plant resources for soil and water conservation.By integrating the management of soil and water loss with the development of medicinal plants for soil and water conservation,the“Forest-Medicine”model for soil and water conservation is explored.This model not only innovates the prevention and treatment modes of soil and water loss but also effectively practices the“Two-Mountain”theory.This study realizes the value transformation of high-quality ecological products for soil and water conservation to lead the high-quality development of soil and water conservation.
