医护一体化模式干预在人工肝血浆置换治疗患者不良反应预防中的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察医护一体化模式在预防人工肝血浆置换患者不良反应中的应用效果.[方法]回顾性分析2020年1月—2024年12月间收治的肝功能衰竭行人工肝血浆置换60例患者临床资料,根据患者接受不同护理干预措施分成两组,其中将给予常规护理的30例列入对照组,给予医护一体化模式护理干预的30例列入研究组.比较两组患者护理前、后舒适度、不良情绪及生活质量评分、不良反应发生情况及护理干预满意度.[结果]两组干预后舒适度评分及生活质量评分均较干预前显著提高(P<0.05),与对照组干预后比较,观察组干预后2项评分均明显提高(P<0.05);干预后两组不良情绪评分均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05),干预后研究组评分与对照组干预后相比显著降低(P<0.05);干预后研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,对于护理干预的总满意率均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]给予人工肝血浆置换患者医护一体化模式干预可提高患者舒适度与生活质量,降低不良情绪评分,减少不良反应的发生,提高满意度,效果满意.OBJECTIVE To observe the application of the integrated medical and nursing model in preventing adverse reactions in patients undergoing artificial liver plasma exchange.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with liver failure who underwent artificial liver plasma exchange in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2024.According to the different nursing interventions received by the patients,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases receiving routine nursing as the control group and the other group receiving integrated medical and nursing model nursing as the research group.Compare the comfort level and negative emotion scores of two groups of patients before and after nursing,record the occurrence of adverse reactions,and determine the satisfaction of patients with nursing interventions.RESULTS The comfort score after nursing was significantly improved compared to before nursing.The study group had a higher score compared to the control group,and the negative emotion score decreased compared to before nursing.The study group had a lower score compared to the control group;The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group;The overall satisfaction rate of patients in the study group with nursing interventions was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS In patients undergoing artificial liver plasma exchange,providing an integrated medical and nursing model can significantly improve patient comfort,reduce adverse emotions,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and achieve consistent patient satisfaction with ideal results.
