摘  要:为了克服现有大型污水处理厂调蓄池等水处理构筑物所面临的跨度、高度及防水防腐等方面的技术限制,依托上海竹园第一、第二污水处理厂提标改造ZY3.1标段项目的实际经验,详细阐述了一种新型预制装配式梁板结构体系在工程实践中的应用。在节点区域创新性地采用UHPC湿接头后浇连接法,有效确保了结构的强度和稳定性;为解决预防构件外露面的腐蚀问题,采用HDPE板锚固预制防腐处理技术,有效延长了构件的使用寿命,并大幅度降低了后期维护和修复成本。在大跨度、大深度基坑的施工过程中,成功实施了免模、免支撑的预制吊装施工方法,显著缩短了施工周期,增强了施工的安全性,并极大地减少了对现场环境的影响,可为今后大型水处理构筑物的装配式结构工程建设提供参考。To address the technical constraints related to span,height,waterproofing,and corrosion resistance in existing water treatment structures such as storage tanks in large sewage treatment plants,this study draws on the practical experience from the ZY3.1 bid section project of the Shanghai Zhuyuan No.1 and No.2 sewage treatment plants'upgrade and reconstruction.It elaborates on the application of a novel prefabricated beam-slab structural system in engineering practice.Innovatively,the system employs UHPC wet joint post-pouring connection in the nodal areas,ensuring structural strength and stability.To combat corrosion on exposed components,HDPE plate anchoring and prefabricated anti-corrosion treatment are utilized,extending the components'lifespan and significantly reducing future maintenance and repair costs.The construction of large-span,deep foundation pits successfully adopts a formwork-free,support-free prefabricated hoisting method,markedly shortening construction duration,enhancing safety,and minimizing environmental impact on-site.This approach serves as a valuable reference for future assembly-based construction of large water treatment facilities.
