摘  要:越来越多的结构设计采用了悬挂层的设计理念,针对悬挂结构施工特点,传统的顺作法和逆作法工艺各有利弊。结合上海大歌剧院项目大歌剧厅屋盖跨度大、体量大、工期紧及屋盖受力构件布置特点,提出了一种新型逆向接力整体提升的施工技术,旨在综合2种传统方法的优点,将悬挂楼层与屋盖层作为整体在地面或较低楼层进行预组装,随后利用液压同步提升系统将其整体提升安装到位。该工艺有效规避了高空作业的安全风险,显著提高了施工效率并降低了成本,通过理论分析与工程实践,验证了其可行性和安全性,可为类似项目提供参考。Increasingly,structural designs are incorporating the concept of a suspension layer.Given the construction characteristics of suspension structures,traditional sequential and reverse construction methods each have their advantages and disadvantages.In response to the large span,substantial volume,tight schedule,and arrangement of roof stress components of the Shanghai Grand Opera House project,a new construction technique involving reverse relay overall lifting is proposed.This method aims to combine the advantages of both traditional techniques by pre-assembling the suspended floor and roof cover as a unit on the ground or a lower floor,then utilizing a hydraulic synchronous lifting system to lift the entire assembly into place.This process effectively mitigates the safety risks associated with high-altitude operations,significantly enhances construction efficiency,and reduces costs.The feasibility and safety of this approach have been validated through theoretical analysis and engineering practice,providing a valuable reference for similar projects.
