摘 要:网架结构在受力方面具有整体性好、空间刚度大、抗震能力强等特点,又因其自重轻、用钢量省,可实现高大的使用空间、良好的通风采光,被广泛应用在体育场馆、展览馆等大跨度的屋盖。中山大学(深圳校区)主体育馆主场馆屋盖网架为双向曲面结构,室内有3面看台,且网架下方有地下室结构,室外四周邻近建筑与山地。根据工程特点,以网架整体提升法+累计外扩技术为研究对象,详细介绍了该技术包含的外扩拼装分区、提升点布置、提升架稳定措施、网架加强、同步控制等关键要点,最终确保了该周边复杂环境下的大跨度双向曲面网架结构的顺利实施,取得明显的综合效益,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The grid structure is characterized by good integrity,large spatial stiffness,and strong seismic resistance.Due to its light weight and low steel consumption,it achieves high usable space and good ventilation and lighting,making it widely used in large-span roofs such as stadiums and exhibition halls.The roof grid of the main stadium of Sun Yat-sen University(Shenzhen Campus)is designed as a double-curvature structure,with three stands inside and a basement structure beneath the grid.The outdoor area is adjacent to buildings and mountains.According to the project characteristics,the overall lifting method combined with cumulative outward expansion technique of the grid is studied.The key points of the techniques,such as external expansion assembly partition,lifting point layout,measures for lifting frame stability,grid reinforcement,and synchronous control,are introduced in detail.Ultimately,the smooth implementation of the large-span double-curvature grid structure in the surrounding complex environment is ensured,achieving significant comprehensive benefits,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
