摘 要:随着地铁建设的迅速发展,明挖法地铁深基坑围护结构设计常为“地下连续墙+钢管支撑”的形式,该形式需在底部侧墙施工完毕进行换撑搭设,以保证拆除上部钢支撑后基坑变形处于安全范围。为解决因钢换撑对满堂架体搭设的影响及安拆过程中的吊装安全性问题,结合天津轨道B1线十三标项目相关施工经验,通过受力分析,决定采用利用盘扣支架组成的桁架代替钢管换撑的施工技术。该体系具有安拆简单、适用性强、安全性高等优势,该技术的应用有效缩短了施工周期、节约了施工成本,可为类似工程提供参考。With the rapid development of subway construction,the design of retaining structures for deep foundation pits in open-cut subway projects often utilizes the form of"diaphragm wall+steel pipe support."This method requires replacement support after constructing the bottom side walls to ensure that foundation pit deformation remains within a safe range upon removal of the upper steel support.To address the impact of steel support replacement on the erection of full-hall frames and the safety concerns of hoisting during installation and disassembly,the construction experience from Section 13 of Tianjin Rail Line B1 was utilized.Through force analysis,it was decided to adopt a truss system composed of disk buckle supports instead of the conventional steel pipe support replacement technique.This system offers advantages such as simple installation and removal,strong adaptability,and high safety.The application of this technique effectively shortens the construction period and reduces costs,providing a valuable reference for similar projects.
