摘  要:随着我国生活水平的提高,高层、超高层建筑越来越多,相应地,基础埋深也越来越深、越来越复杂。但当前对相邻基坑同步施工的研究案例少之又少,因此,以深圳湾超级总部基地项目为例,通过受力体系分析,提出了针对紧邻桩锚结构深基坑新建深基坑的关键技术。首先通过在既有基坑填土反压,使得进入待建基坑支护体系失效,再进行相邻拟建基坑围护体、水平支撑及竖向支承系统施工,待相邻拟建基坑围护体系达到设计强度后,再对双方两侧土方进行开挖卸载,避开旧新基坑的相互影响关系。该技术方案既保证了原有基坑的安全,又确保新基坑顺利进行、缩短了工期,同时形成了发明专利,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。As living standards in China rise,the prevalence of high-rise and super high-rise buildings increases,necessitating deeper and more complex foundations.However,synchronous construction of adjacent foundation pits remains underexplored.The Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base Project exemplifies the application of key technologies for constructing new deep foundation pits adjacent to pile-anchor structures.Initially,back pressure from filling soil in existing pits induces failure in the upcoming pit's support system.Construction of enclosures,horizontal supports,and vertical support systems then proceeds in the adjacent proposed pit.Once the enclosure system reaches design strength,earthwork on both sides is excavated and unloaded,mitigating interactions between the old and new pits.This approach not only ensures the safety of the existing pit but also facilitates the efficient progression of the new pit,reducing construction time.Moreover,it results in a patented invention,offering a reference for similar future projects.
