摘  要:传统的单侧支模技术是在基坑支护结构内植筋,钢筋尾部焊接对拉螺杆,通过对拉螺杆依次固定主、次龙骨和固定地下室外墙内侧模板,然后浇筑混凝土。其施工方法会使防水卷材被大量对拉螺杆穿透,基本失效。结合中国医学科学院阜外医院深圳医院二期项目,设计了可调拼装式单侧支模架。该架体质量较轻、拼装和拆除较快,并可应用于阴角双边单侧支模区、汽车坡道单侧支模区和楼梯间等特殊区域。通过优化整体施工流程,降低了单侧支模对工期的影响,拆模后的混凝土观感较好,可为类似工程提供借鉴。In traditional unilateral support formwork techniques,rebars are embedded within the foundation pit support structure,and tension bolts are welded to the rebar ends.These tension bolts then sequentially fix the main and secondary beams,along with the inner side formwork of the basement wall,followed by concrete pouring.This construction method results in numerous tension bolts penetrating the waterproofing membrane,substantially compromising its effectiveness.In response,an adjustable assembled unilateral support formwork frame has been developed for the second phase of the Fuwai Hospital project in Shenzhen by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.The frame is lightweight,enabling quick assembly and disassembly,and is suitable for special areas such as inner corners with double-sided unilateral support,car ramp areas,and stairwells.By optimizing the overall construction process,the impact of unilateral support formwork on the construction period is minimized,and the appearance of the concrete post-demolding is improved,offering insights for similar projects.
