摘  要:对于大体积混凝土结构在施工和使用阶段容易发生开裂现象,已有较为系统的研究成果。但早期研究主要针对强度等级较低的混凝土展开,涉及的外加剂种类也相对有限,而对于不同地域的工程而言,其气候特点、材料性质均有所不同。以山东地区某项目筏板大体积混凝土施工为背景工程,采取优化混凝土配合比和选取优质原材料,同时延长保温养护的时间等措施来控制大体积混凝土内部的温升峰值和大体积混凝土的内、外温差,从而达到控制大体积混凝土温差裂缝的产生,在有效控制混凝土水化热的前提下,避免了布设降温管带来的负面影响。该研究成果可作为成功案例进行推广。Systematic research results on the cracking of mass concrete structures during construction and use are obtained.However,research in the early stages is primarily concentrated on concrete with low strength grades,and the range of admixtures considered is relatively limited.Additionally,the climatic characteristics and material properties for projects in different regions are different.Taking the construction of raft mass concrete in a project in the Shandong area as the background,measures including optimizing the mix ratio of concrete,selecting high-quality raw materials,and extending the duration of thermal insulation and curing are implemented to control the peak temperature rise and the internal and external temperature difference within the mass concrete,thereby controlling the generation of temperature cracks.Under the premise of effectively controlling the hydration heat of concrete,the negative impact of cooling pipes is avoided.Consequently,the research results can be promoted as a successful case.
