摘　　要：促进区域协调和城乡融合是新时代高质量发展的重要组成部分,在区域协调中卫星城高质量发展是推动都市圈一体化发展的重要内容。文中基于夜间灯光数据、交通联系度结合社会网络分析法,综合分析宾县作为哈尔滨市都市圈一体化发展的重要核心卫星城,分析夜间灯光数据应用的呈现效果在城市经济活跃的地域反应特征更为明显,卫星城在都市圈内与主城区协同发展的显著特征等方面探讨卫星城高质量发展潜力测度特征,探讨积极促进区域协调高质量发展路径,以期能够在国土空间规划编制中提供一定的指导作用与实践意义。Promoting regional coordination and urban-rural integration is an important part of high-quality develop⁃ment in the new era,and high-quality development of satellite cities in regional coordination is an important part of promoting integrated development of metropolitan areas.Based the light usage data,traffic connection degree,and social network analysis,this paper comprehensively analyzes bin county as an important core satellite city in the inte⁃grated development of Harbin metropolitan areas.In the regional response characteristics of active urban economy,the effectiveness of the application of light data is obvious.The measurement characteristics of satellite cities'high-quality development potential are discussed in terms of the significant characteristics of the collaborative devel⁃opment between the metropolitan area and the main urban area.The path for promoting regional coordinated high-quality development is discussed to provide a certain guiding role and practical significance in the preparation of national space planning.
