摘  要:文中以玄武岩纤维(Basalt fiber,BF)增强和纳米材料改性为着重影响因素,研究了纳米SiO_(2)、纳米CaCO_(3)单掺与纳米SiO_(2)-BF、纳米CaCO_(3)-BF复合掺入对水泥砂浆抗压、抗折强度的影响,对比了两种纳米材料对砂浆的增益效果。研究结果表明,单掺纳米SiO_(2)、纳米CaCO_(3)均可改善砂浆的力学性能,其最优掺量均为2%;对于复掺纳米材料和纤维,在0.2%BF砂浆中掺入2%的纳米SiO_(2)或纳米CaCO_(3),其抗压、抗折强度明显高于素砂浆,且优于单掺BF和纳米材料砂浆;其次,在相同掺量下,纳米SiO_(2)相较于纳米CaCO_(3)对砂浆的增益效果更佳。The effectiveness of single addition of nano SiO_(2)and nano CaCO_(3),as well as composite addition of nano SiO_(2)BF and nano CaCO_(3)BF,on the compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar were studied,with a focus on the reinforcement of basalt fiber(BF)and modification of nanomaterials.The gain effectiveness of the two nanoma⁃terials on the mortar are compared.The research results indicate that the addition of nano SiO_(2)and nano CaCO_(3)im⁃proves the mechanical properties of mortar,with an optimal dosage of 2%.For composite nanomaterials and fibers,adding 2%nano SiO_(2)or nano CaCO_(3)to 0.2%BF mortar results in significantly higher compressive and flexural strength than that of plain mortar,which is superior to single BF and nanomaterial mortar.Secondly,at the same dos⁃age,nano SiO_(2)has a better gain effectiveness on mortar compared to nano CaCO_(3).
