摘 要:为研究泥皮对基桩侧阻力的影响,通过堆载的试验方法,对贵州某工程3根基桩进行桩基静载荷试验,从荷载-沉降曲线、荷载传递规律及实测结果方面进行论述,分析了泥皮对基桩侧阻力的影响,结果表明摩擦端承桩的桩侧阻力比桩端阻力先一步发挥,上端侧阻力比下部侧阻力先一步发挥,干作业旋挖成孔时的孔壁泥皮严重影响桩侧阻力对于桩顶荷载分担作用。文中提出摩擦端承桩干作业旋挖成孔无泥皮时,中风化白云岩的侧阻力实测值接近甚至大于标准经验范围值的上限值,有泥皮时的侧阻力仅能发挥至无泥皮时的36.4%~45.5%,控制孔壁泥皮可使桩侧阻力得到充分发挥。研究成果可为后续类似工程基桩施工的质量控制、承载力计算及类似研究提供参考依据。This paper studies the influence of mud skin on the side resistance of foundation piles.The static loading tests of pile foundation are carried out on the pile foundation pile of 3 foundation piles of a project in Guizhou.The influence of mud skin on the side resistance of foundation pile is analyzed from the aspects of load-settlement curve,load transfer law,and measured results.The results show that the pile side resistance of the friction end bearing pile is one step ahead of the pile end resistance,and the upper end side resistance is one step ahead of the lower side re⁃sistance.It is proposed that the measured lateral resistance of the weathered dolomite is close to or even greater than the upper limit of the standard empirical range value when the dry operation of the friction end bearing pile is rotat⁃ed into a hole without mud skin,and the lateral resistance with mud skin can only be exerted to 36.4%~45.5%with⁃out mud skin.The lateral resistance of the pile can be fully exerted by controlling the mud skin of the hole wall.The research results may provide the reference for the quality control,bearing capacity calculation,and similar research of foundation pile construction of similar projects in the future.
