摘 要:心肌梗死已成为威胁人类生命健康的主要心血管疾病之一。及时挽救濒死心肌组织、减轻心肌细胞再缺血灌注损伤对改善心肌梗死患者预后具有重要临床意义。丹参素是丹参中提取的水溶性酚性芳香酸类化合物,可通过抑制心肌纤维化、降低心肌细胞凋亡、改善心肌细胞代谢、降低炎症反应、减轻氧化应激反应、改善血液流变学、促进新血管形成以治疗心肌梗死。综述了丹参素治疗心肌梗死的药理作用研究进展,归纳其作用机制,为丹参素治疗心肌梗死的临床应用提供参考。Myocardial infarction has become one of the main cardiovascular diseases threatening human life and health. Timely rescue of dying myocardial tissue and reduction of myocardial cell reperfusion injury are of great clinical significance for improving the prognosis of myocardial infarction patients. Danshensu is a water-soluble phenolic aromatic acid compound extracted from Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Danshensu is used to treat myocardial infarction by inhibiting myocardial fibrosis, reducing myocardial cell apoptosis, improving myocardial cell metabolism, reducing inflammatory response, alleviating oxidative stress reaction, improving hemorheology, and promoting neovascularization. This article reviews the pharmacological research progress of Danshensu in treatment of myocardial infarction, summarizes its mechanism of action, and provides reference for the clinical application of Danshensu in treatment of myocardial infarction.
