摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜辅助下LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院收治的100例宫颈癌前病变患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用宫颈锥切手术治疗,观察组采用阴道镜辅助下LEEP刀手术治疗。比较两组的手术情况、并发症及复发率。结果观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组,病变切除长度及宽度均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率、术后6个月内复发率分别为2.00%、0.00%,显著低于对照组的14.00%、8.00%(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜辅助下LEEP刀手术治疗宫颈癌前病变的创伤较小,能明显降低患者的术后并发症发生率及复发风险。Objective To explore the clinical effect of colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery in the treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical conization,and the observation group was treated with colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery.The operation situation,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss amount in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the length and width of lesion resection were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate within 6 months after surgery in the observation group were 2.00%and 0.00%respectively,significantly lower than 14.00%and 8.00%in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Colposcopy assisted LEEP knife surgery in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions has small trauma,and can obviously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the risk of recurrence.
