摘　　要：目的比较瑞芬太尼与艾司氯胺酮应用于扁桃体腺体肥大患儿围术期的麻醉效果与安全性。方法80例扁桃体腺体肥大患儿随机分为两组。对照组使用艾司氯胺酮与丙泊酚进行麻醉维持,观察组使用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚进行麻醉维持。比较两组的麻醉效果、麻醉恢复时间以及不良反应。结果观察组的麻醉总有效率明显高于对照组,麻醉后拔管时间、麻醉后睁眼时间、复苏室停留时间均明显短于对照组,不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼配合丙泊酚应用于扁桃体腺体肥大患儿可强化术中麻醉效果,缩短苏醒时间与拔管时间,降低术后不良反应风险.Objective To compare the anesthetic effects and safety of remifentanil and esketamine applied in perioperative period of children with tonsillar gland hypertrophy.Methods 80 children with tonsillar gland hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used esketamine and propofol for anesthesia maintenance,and the observation group used remifentanil and propofol for anesthesia maintenance.The anesthetic effect,anesthesia recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the time of extubation after anesthesia,the time of eye-opening after anesthesia and the time of staying in the resuscitation room were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Remifentanil combined with propofol applied in children with tonsillar gland hypertrophy can strengthen the anesthetic effect during surgery,shorten the recovery time and extubation time,and reduce the risk of postoperative adverse reactions.
