摘  要:目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合冷冻治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者的临床效果。方法80例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者根据治疗方案的不同分为两组,对照组采用冷冻治疗,观察组采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合冷冻治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的HPV病毒载量及血清hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组,HPV转阴率显著高于对照组,HPV复发率及宫颈炎复发率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合冷冻治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者可明显提高HPV转阴率,降低HPV病毒载量、血清hs-CRP水平、HPV复发率及宫颈炎复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection.Methods 80 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were divided into two groups according to different treatment options.The control group was treated with cryotherapy,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel combined with cryotherapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HPV viral load and serum hs-CRP level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the HPV negative conversion rate was higher than that in the control group,and the HPV recurrence rate and cervicitis recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Recombinant human interferonα-2b gel combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection can significantly improve the HPV negative conversion rate,and reduce HPV viral load,serum hs-CRP level,HPV recurrence rate and cervicitis recurrence rate.
