Parks松挂线术与分次紧线挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比Parks松挂线术与分次紧线挂线法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的效果。方法120例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为两组,对照组采用Parks松挂线术进行治疗,研究组采用分次紧线挂线法进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、伤口愈合时间以及肛门功能。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,伤口愈合时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组的Wexner评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Parks松挂线术与分次紧线挂线法均能有效改善高位复杂性肛瘘患者的肛门功能;相较于Parks松挂线术,分次紧线挂线法的疗效更好,但患者恢复时间相对较长。Objective To compare the effects of Parks loose seton and fractional tight seton in the treatment of high complex anal fistula.Methods 120 patients with high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Parks loose seton,and the study group was treated with fractional tight seton.The therapeutic effect,wound healing time and anal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the wound healing time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the Wexner scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both Parks loose seton and fractional tight seton can effectively improve the anal function of patients with high complex anal fistula.Compared with Parks loose seton,fractional tight seton has better efficacy,while the recovery time of patients is relatively long.
