热毒宁注射液联合注射用头孢他啶治疗急性支气管炎患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨热毒宁注射液联合注射用头孢他啶治疗急性支气管炎患者的临床效果。方法60例急性支气管炎患者随机分为两组,参照组给予注射用头孢他啶治疗,联合组给予热毒宁注射液联合注射用头孢他啶治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,联合组的总有效率高于参照组,血清PCT、CRP水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合注射用头孢他啶治疗急性支气管炎的效果显著,能够有效降低患者的炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reduning injection combined with ceftazidime for injection in the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis.Methods 60 patients with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with ceftazidime for injection,and the combined group was treated with Reduning injection combined with ceftazidime for injection.The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the reference group,and the serum PCT and CRP levels were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Reduning injection combined with ceftazidime for injection has significant effect in the treatment of acute bronchitis,which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors of patients.
