解毒清热饮联合奥司他韦治疗小儿风热感冒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨解毒清热饮联合奥司他韦治疗小儿风热感冒的临床效果及对患儿炎性-免疫因子水平的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院收治的80例风热感冒患儿,随机分为两组各40例。在常规对症治疗的基础上,参照组予以奥司他韦治疗,研究组予以解毒清热饮联合奥司他韦治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血清炎性-免疫因子水平。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于参照组的85.00%(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血清IL-5水平明显低于参照组,血清IL-8、 IFN-γ、IgA、 IgG水平均明显高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 解毒清热饮联合奥司他韦治疗小儿风热感冒的效果确切,可明显减轻患儿的炎性反应,提高患儿机体免疫力。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiedu Qingre decoction combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of wind-heat type common cold in children and its impact on the levels of inflammatory-immune factors of children.Methods 80 cases of children with wind-heat type common cold admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,the reference group was treated with oseltamivir,and the study group was treated with Jiedu Qingre decoction combined with oseltamivir.The clinical efficacy and levels of serum inflammatory-immune factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 85.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-5 level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the levels of serum IL-8,IFN-y,IgA and IgG were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Jiedu Qingre decoction combined with oseltamivir has exact effect in the treatment of children with wind-heat type common cold,which can obviously relieve inflammatory response and improve the body immunity of children.
