醒脑开窍针刺法联合星蒌承气汤加减治疗脑卒中患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合星蒌承气汤加减治疗脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年4月至2023年1月我院收治的脑卒中患者96例,随机分为两组各48例。在常规治疗基础上,参照组采用星蒌承气汤加减治疗,研究组采用醒脑开窍针刺法联合星蒌承气汤加减治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、日常生活能力、肢体功能。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于参照组的81.25%(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组的BI评分、上肢FMA评分、下肢FMA评分均明显高于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 醒脑开窍针刺法联合星蒌承气汤加减治疗脑卒中效果显著,能够明显改善患者的日常生活能力和肢体功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke.Methods 96 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the reference group was treated with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction,and the study group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction.The clinical efficacy,daily living ability and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,significantly higher than 81.25%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BI score,upper limb FMA score and lower limb FMA score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with modified Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of patients with stroke has significant effect,and can obviously improve the daily living ability and limb function of patients.
