丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗对糖尿病肾病患者炎性反应及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法94例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,参照组接受前列地尔+贝那普利治疗,研究组在参照组基础上接受丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗,比较两组的炎性因子和肾功能。结果治疗3周后,研究组的血清IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平,以及24小时尿蛋白定量、24小时微蛋白排泄量、UACR均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论丹芪汤加中药灌肠治疗可明显减轻糖尿病肾病患者的炎性反应,改善患者的肾功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 94 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with alprostadil+benazepril,and the study group was treated with Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the reference group.The inflammatory factors and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α,24-hour urinary protein quantification,24-hour microprotein excretion and UACR in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Danqi decoction+traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment can obviously relieve the inflammatory reaction of patients with diabetic nephropathy and improve their renal function.
