摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师干预对减少酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液使用过程中不合理现象的作用。方法:通过滨州市中心医院处方点评系统调取2020年1月—6月(临床药师干预前)、2020年7月—2021年6月(临床药师干预后)住院患者使用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液的电子病历,各300份,分别纳入对照组、观察组,评估两组药物应用的合理性,观察两组用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果:(1)观察组适应证不合理率、用法用量不合理率、疗程不合理率、联合用药不合理率均低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组适应证+用法用量+疗程+联合用药正确率高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床使用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液期间,临床药师参与用药管理可减少不合理用药情况的发生,降低不良反发生几率,提高用药安全性,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on reducing the unreasonable phenomenon in the use of ketorolac tromethamine injection.Methods:Through the prescription review system of Binzhou Central Hospital,300 electronic medical records of inpatients using ketorolac tromethamine injection from January to June 2020(before clinical pharmacist intervention)and from July 2020 to June 2021(after clinical pharmacist intervention)were collected and included in the control group and the observation group respectively.The rationality of drug application in the two groups was evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during drug use in the two groups was observed.Results:OThe unreasonable rate of indications,the unreasonable rate of usage and dosage,the unreasonable rate of course of treatment and the unreasonable rate of combined medication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);②The correct rate of indications+usage and dosage+course of treatment+combined medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical use of ketorolac tromethamine injection,the participation of clinical pharmacists in drug management can reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the safety of drug use,which is worthy of clinical application.
