童趣化护理联合细节干预在盐酸丁卡因凝胶治疗包茎患儿期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察童趣化护理联合细节干预在小儿包茎患儿使用盐酸丁卡因凝胶的影响。方法:选择2021年6月—2023年6月在我院接受包皮环切术治疗的小儿包茎患儿共84例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加细节护理联合童趣化护理干预,比较两组疼痛程度(使用修订版Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛评估量表FPS-R评估)及心理焦虑(使用恐惧量表CFS和简版Spence儿童焦虑量表SCAS-S评估)情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度;结果:护理后,观察组FPS-R评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CFS、SCAS-S评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿包茎患儿使用盐酸丁卡因凝胶治疗期间,童趣化护理联合细节干预可以降低疼痛感受,缓解恐惧、焦虑情绪,有效提高患儿治疗依从度,有利于提高患儿及家属护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of children's interesting nursing combined with detailed intervention on the use of tetracaine hydrochloride gel in children with phimosis.Methods:A total of 84 pediatric patients with phimosis who underwent circumcision in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received detailed nursing combined with children's interesting nursing intervention in addition to the control group.The pain level(evaluated using the revised Wong Baker Facial Expression Pain Assessment Scale FPS-R)and psychological anxiety(evaluated using the Fear Scale CFS and the simplified Spence Children's Anxiety Scale SCAS-S),treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the FPS-R score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CFS and SCAS-S scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of children with phimosis with tetracaine hydrochloride gel,children's interesting nursing combined with detailed intervention can reduce pain feelings,alleviate fear and anxiety,effectively improve the treatment compliance of children,and help improve the satisfaction of children and their families.
