摘　　要：本文通过分析设置清晰的业务目标和关键绩效指标,以及全面评估数据生态系统,帮助企业有效地利用商业智能(Business Intelligence,BI)系统以提升决策质量。这一过程在持续推动员工培训和技能提升的同时,确保BI系统的可扩展性和未来适应性,从而维持数据驱动文化,并优化业务运作,最终助力企业实现长远发展。This paper analyzes how to set clear business objectives and key performance indicators,and comprehensively evaluate the data ecosystem to help enterprises effectively use Business Intelligence(BI)systems to improve the quality of decision-making.The whole process maintains a data-driven culture and optimizes business operations by ensuring the scalability and future adaptability of BI systems while continuing to drive employee training and skill development,ultimately helping enterprises achieve long-term development.
