摘　　要：大学科技园作为高校科技创新与产业转移的重要载体,在我国高等教育改革和创新驱动发展战略中扮演着重要角色,同时作为高校师生创新创业的主要平台发挥着不可替代的作用。本文旨在对大学科技园的类型进行梳理,并探讨其发展模式。在研究过程中,分析了大学科技园发展中所面临的问题和挑战,如技术转移与转化困境、建设资金和资源不足、创新体系和服务薄弱、公益性和盈利性平衡问题。通过解决这些问题,本文总结出大学科技园应注重技术转移转化、人才引进培养、社会资源整合、创新环境建设。通过本文研究,可以为大学科技园的发展提供参考和借鉴。As an important carrier of technological innovation and industrial transfer in universities,university science and technology parks play an important role in China's higher education reform and innovation driven development strategy.At the same time,they play an irreplaceable role as the main platform for innovation and entrepreneurship among university teachers and students.This article aims to sort out the types of university science parks and explore their development models.During the research process,the problems and challenges faced by the development of university science and technology parks were analyzed,such as the dilemma of technology transfer and transformation,insufficient construction funds and resources,weak innovation systems and services,and the balance between public welfare and profitability.By addressing these issues,this article summarizes that university science and technology parks should focus on technology transfer and transformation,talent introduction and training,social resource integration,and innovation environment construction.Through this study,it can provide reference and inspiration for the development of university science and technology parks.
