摘　　要：科技创新是产业创新的战略支撑,产业创新是科技创新的驱动力。坚持“四个面向”推进科技高质量发展,须加强科技创新与产业创新的协同与共振发展。本文以安徽省节能环保战略新兴产业集群之一“中国环境谷”的发展为例,剖析了环境领域科技创新与产业创新协同发展的思路,提出了“科技创新推动-管理创新引领-产业创新落地”的发展体系,探索给出深层次推进我国战新产业高质量发展的战略发展路径。Technological innovation is the foundation of industrial innovation,and industrial innovation is the strategic implementation of technological innovation.Adhering to the"Four-orientations"of Technological innovation,it requires a resonant development of technological innovation and industrial innovation.This article takes the"China Environmental Valley"(CEV)as an example,which is one of the strategic emerging industrial clusters of energy conservation and environmental protection in Anhui Province,to explore a constructed way of the resonant development between technological innovation and industrial innovation in the environmental field in the new era.It proposes an industrial collaborative development system to environmental protection industrial,"promotion with technological innovation,leading with management innovation,landing by industrial innovation".At last,a strategic development path was designed to deeply promote the high-quality development of every Chinese strategic emerging industrial.
