摘  要:介绍了一种基于三维模型的定子线圈端部主绝缘等效叠包层数和叠包厚度的计算方法。根据计算结果,分析了定子线圈锥角和转角区域绝缘性能薄弱的原因,提出了线圈模压模具理想模腔的计算方法,对提升定子线圈电气性能有积极意义。A method based on three-dimensional model to calculate the equivalent number of overlapping layers and the overlapping thickness of the main insulation at the end of the stator coil is introduced.According to the calculation results,the reasons for the weak insulation performance of the stator coil cone angle and the coil corners are analyzed and the calculation method of the ideal mold cavity of the coil mold is proposed,which has positive significance on improving the electrical performance of the stator coil.
