摘 要:目的分析低强度脉冲超声近20年的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为后续相关研究提供参考。方法以Web of Science中SCI-EXPANDED索引为文献来源,检索2003-2022年低强度脉冲相关研究,采用CiteSpace进行国家、机构、作者的合作网络分析;对被引文献绘制共现图谱;对关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析和突现分析。结果共纳入文献1762篇。高产国家为中国、美国、日本;高产机构为重庆医科大学、阿尔伯塔大学;高产作者以TAREKEL-BIALY、FENGYI YANG、KWOKSUI LEUNG为代表。研究热点为骨折愈合、细胞增殖、成骨分化等。预测探索低强度脉冲超声作用于骨与软骨愈合微观分子机制、探索低强度脉冲超声在新场景的应用成为未来一段时间内的研究趋势。结论低强度脉冲超声这一研究领域在近20年发展稳步上升,但仍处于初级阶段,未来具有良好的发展前景。Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and development trends of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the past 20 years,and to provide reference for subsequent related research.Methods The SCI-EXPANDED index in Web of Science was used as the literature source to search for studies related to low-intensity pulsed ultrasound from 2003 to 2022,and CiteSpace was used to analyze the cooperation network of countries,institutions and authors.Draw a co-occurrence map of the cited literature;the keywords were analyzed by co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and Burst analysis.Results A total of 1762 articles were included.High-yield countries were China,the United States,Japan;the high-yield institutions were Chongqing Medical University and University of Alberta.TAREKEL-BIALY,FENGYI YANG and KWOKSUI LEUNG were the representatives of high-yield authors.The research hotspots were fracture healing,cell proliferation,osteogenic differentiation and so on.It was predicted that exploring the micro-molecular mechanism of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound on bone and cartilage healing and exploring the application of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in new scenarios might become a research trend in the future.Conclusion The research field of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound has developed steadily in the past 20 years,but it is still in its infancy and has good development prospects in the future.
