摘 要:基于肇庆市高要区管网增扩建改造项目,针对水平定向钻施工在细砂层地质条件下容易塌孔的问题,通过室内试验确定适用的泥浆最佳配比,并通过土样浸泡试验进行验证。结果表明:膨润土及羧甲基纤维素钠掺量对泥浆性能影响最大;纯钙基膨润土泥浆由于静置后水土分离严重,其流变性、黏度、造浆性均较差,无法直接应用于实际工程;适用于肇庆地区粉细砂地层的泥浆最佳配比为水∶钙基膨润土∶羧甲基纤维素钠∶聚丙烯酰胺∶纯碱=1 000.00∶70.00∶2.00∶0.01∶2.00;经室内浸泡试验和现场应用验证,该配比的泥浆性能最优且经济性较好,可解决施工过程中的塌孔难题。Based on the pipe network expansion and reconstruction project in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City,aiming at the problem that horizontal directional drilling construction is prone to hole collapse under the geological condition of fine sand layer,the optimal ratio of suitable slurry is determined by laboratory test,and verified by soil sample immersion test.The results show that the content of bentonite and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose have the greatest influence on the performance of slurry.Due to the serious soil and water separation after standing,the rheology,viscosity and pulping properties of pure calcium bentonite slurry are poor,which cannot be directly applied to practical projects.The best slurry ratio suitable for the silt-sandy strata in Zhaoqing area is water:calcium bentonite:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose:polyacrylamide:sodium carbonate=1000.00:70.00:2.00:0.01:2.00;Indoor immersion test and field application verify that the slurry with this ratio has the best performance and good economy,which can solve the problem of hole collapse during construction.
