摘  要:三苯三戊并烯(TBTQ)及其衍生物具有独特的刚性碗状结构,在超分子化学有其独特的作用,尤其在构筑多孔纳米材料方面表现出巨大的潜力。其中,手性和非手性多孔有机纳米材料在应用方面表现出巨大差异。然而,无论是构筑手性还是非手性多孔纳米材料,其所需要的TBTQ砌块单元都不易获得,而手性多孔纳米材料所需结构单元的制备则更加具有挑战性,往往要对外消旋体结构进行光学拆分以获得对映体结构。本文总结了近几年TBTQ衍生物的光学拆分工作以及由拆分单体形成的手性多孔有机分子笼材料的应用,详述了TBTQ衍生物的光学拆分方法,总结了TBTQ手性多孔有机分子笼的构筑方法和应用,为后续TBTQ手性多孔有机材料的研究奠定了基础。Triphenyltripentene(TBTQ) and its derivatives with a rigid structure and bowl shape play a unique role in supramolecular chemistry,which especially show enormous potential for constructing porous nano materials.There are significant differences between chiral and nonchiral porous organic nano materials in applications.However,it's not easy to obtain the TBTQ building blocks for the construction of either chiral or nonchiral porous nano materials,and the preparation of TBTQ units for chiral porous nanomaterials is more challenging,where the optical resolution of racemic TBTQ structures to give enantiopure structures is needed.In this paper the optical resolution work of TBTQ derivatives in recent years and the application of chiral porous organic cages materials formed by the optical monomers were summarized.Optical resolution methods of TBTQ derivatives were not only described,but also construction methods and applications of chiral TBTQ porous organic cages were summarized in this review which laid the foundation for subsequent research on chiral TBTQ porous organic materials.
