油气管道暂堵用响应型水凝胶的构筑及性能研究

摘  要:为了满足油气管道热工作业的要求,采用响应型水凝胶封堵油气管道,热工作业后能够完全破胶解堵。以铁离子与3,4-二羟基苯甲醛进行配位反应再与壳聚糖溶液交联形成响应型水凝胶。表征了水凝胶的结构,探究了水凝胶的成胶流变性能、破胶响应性能,模拟了在管道中的封堵性能。结果表明,配合物质量浓度高于20 g·L^(-1)或与壳聚糖溶液的体积比高于1:10时,能够形成水凝胶。配合物浓度或加量越高,水凝胶的强度越高、交联反应速率越快。水凝胶在还原剂或酸溶液刺激响应下能够转变为溶液态,从而能够实现破胶解堵。水凝胶具有较好的触变性能,在模拟管道中也具有较好的封堵效果,有望应用在油气管道暂堵中来实现管道的热工作业,提高管道维修更换的效率。To meet the hot work requirements of oil and gas pipelines,the responsive hydrogel is used to plug oil and gas pipelines,and the final complete gel breaking and plugging removal can be realized after hot work.A responsive hydrogel was prepared by the coordination reaction of Fe^(3+) with 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and crosslinking with chitosan solution.The structure of hydrogel was characterized.The rheological properties and gel-breaking response of hydrogel were investigated,and the plugging performance in pipelines was simulated.The results show that the hydrogel can be formed when the mass concentration of complex is higher than 20g·L^(-1) or the volume ratio of complex to chitosan solution is higher than 1:10.The higher the concentration or dosage of complex,the stronger the hydrogel and the faster the crosslinking reaction rate.Hydrogel can be changed to a solution state by the stimulation of a reducing agent or acid solution,thus gel breaking and plugging removal can be realized.Hydrogel has good thixotropy and plugging effects in simulated pipelines.Thus,the hydrogel is expected to be used in the temporary plugging of oil and gas pipelines to realize the hot work of pipelines and improve the efficiency of pipeline maintenance and replacement.
