耐温变、耐酸雨、抗石击、中温固化纳米复合绝缘涂料的研制

摘  要:本研究以有机硅改性环氧树脂为基料,金红石型钛白粉、白云母粉、硅微粉等为颜填料,有机改性纳米蒙脱土为特殊补强交联填料,复配分散剂、消泡剂等助剂,加入固化剂,制备了一种耐温变、耐酸雨、抗石击、可中温固化的纳米复合绝缘涂料。检测结果表明,经-45℃×1 h←→100℃×1 h、10个循环后,涂膜无起泡、无开裂、无脱落、无变色;固化后涂膜的介电强度达到106 kV·mm^(-1);冲击强度为50 cm,涂膜冲击处的介电强度为103 kV·mm^(-1);在5%H_(2)SO_(4)中浸泡168 h后,涂膜的介电强度为98 kV·mm^(-1),略有下降,但仍然具有较优的绝缘性,说明该绝缘涂料具有良好的综合性能,适用于户外电气设备的长期绝缘保护。A nanocomposite insulation coating is produced by using organosilane-modified epoxy resin as the base material;rutiletype titanium dioxide,muscovite,microsilica powder,and other pigment fillers,along with organo-modified nano montmorillonite as a special reinforcement and cross-linking filler;as well as additives such as dispersants and defoaming agents,followed by incorporating with a curing agent.The obtained coating can be cured at moderate temperature,and shows excellent resistance to temperature variations,acid rain and impact of external forces.The test results indicate that after-45℃×1 h←→100℃×1 h for 10 cycles,the coating shows no bubbling,no cracking,no peeling,and no discoloration.The dielectric strength of the cured film reaches 106 kV·mm^(-1).The impact strength is 50 cm,with the dielectric strength at the impact site being 103 kV·mm^(-1).After immersing in 5%H_(2)SO_(4)for 168 hours,the dielectric strength of the coating is 98 kV·mm^(-1),showing a slight decrease but still maintaining excellent insulation properties.The data imply that this insulation coating possesses outstanding comprehensive performance and is suitable for long-term insulation protection of outdoor electrical equipment.
