循经穴位贴敷联合云南白药气雾剂对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后应用循经穴位贴敷联合云南白药气雾剂的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月赣州市人民医院脊柱外科收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折行经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的82例患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规综合护理,研究组在常规综合护理的基础上给予循经穴位贴敷联合云南白药气雾剂外用,比较两组患者疼痛评分和骨折愈合指标。结果:术后1周、术后1个月时,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显降低,且研究组的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-4.662、-5.054,P<0.05);术后1个月,两组患者Cobb角较术前明显降低、椎体前缘高度和骨钙素均较术前明显升高,且研究组Cobb角明显低于对照组、椎体前缘高度和骨钙素明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-21.40、19.29、-10.17,P<0.05)。结论:在经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术后给予循经穴位贴敷联合云南白药气雾剂治疗,可有效改善胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的疼痛情况,促进骨折愈合。Objective:To study the effect of acupoint application combined with Yunnan Baiyao aerosol on patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture after surgery.Methods:Patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture who were expected to undergo percutaneous balloon expansion kyphoplasty from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive nursing,while the study group received acupoint application combined with Yunnan Baiyao spray and nursing.The pain score,fracture healing index and swelling degree were monitored.Results:The study group had lower VAS score than the control group 1 week and 1 month after surgery(t=-4.662,-5.054;P<0.05).Cobb Angle,pyramidal front height and osteocalcin were significantly decreased in the two groups.The Cobb Angle of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group 1 month after surgery,and the study group had higher cone front height and osteocalcin than the control group at 1 month after surgery(t=-21.40,19.29,-10.17;P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Yunnan Baiyao spray can effectively relieve the pain and swelling of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture patients after percutaneous balloon expansion kyphoplasty,and promote fracture healing.
