近十年正脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

摘　　要：本文检索近十年正脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病相关文献,综述正脊及相关联合治疗方法治疗神经根型颈椎病的特色及不足。正脊手法讲究筋骨并重,通过纠正紊乱的关节,调节颈部的生物力学结构,从而达到筋骨平衡,对神经根型颈椎病的疗效显著,但是存在一定的风险。控制颈椎的旋转角度和施术的频率,不刻意追求弹响,能够有效避免风险。This paper searches for recent literature on the treatment of cervical radiculopathy with spinal manipulation,and reviews the unique features and limitations of spinal manipulation and related combined treatments for cervical radiculopathy.Spinal manipulation emphasize the importance of both tendons and bones,by correcting disordered joints and regulating the biomechanical structure of the neck to achieve a balance of tendons and bones,which has a significant effect on cervical radiculopathy.However,it involves a certain risk involved.Controlling the angle of rotation of the neck and the frequency of the adjustment,and avoiding the pursuit of a popping sound,can effectively reduce the risk.Establishing related standardized protocols would be of great help to the clinical treatment of cervical radiculopathy.
