摘　　要：复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病是育龄期女性常见病,由于其反复发作、治疗困难,严重影响女性的身心健康。目前发病机制尚不明确,治疗方案各异。本文针对毒力因子在复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病相关的发病机制及治疗进行综述,以期为其发病机制、治疗提供一定借鉴意义。Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is a prevalent condition among women of reproductive age,significantly impacting their physical and mental well-being due to its recurrent nature and challenging treatment.The etiology remains elusive,while treatment options exhibit considerable variability.This paper provides a com⁃prehensive review on the pathogenesis and therapeutic approaches targeting virulence factors associated with recur⁃rent vulvovaginal candidiasis,aiming to offer valuable insights for understanding the underlying mechanisms and optimizing treatment strategies.
