摘　　要：目的讨论芪参益气滴丸介导的心肌纤维化功能改变对心肌梗死(心梗)后心力衰竭(心衰)患者短期预后的影响。方法选择心梗后心衰患者48例,根据随机模式理论分为对照组及实验组,每组24例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组的给药基础上给予芪参益气滴丸治疗。对比两组的临床疗效,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)。结果实验组临床总效率为91.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组TC、TG水平均低于治疗前,且实验组TC(4.23±1.71)mmol/L、TG(1.60±0.21)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.42±2.10)、(2.22±0.87)mmol/L,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组LVEDD均低于治疗前,且实验组LVEDD(51.21±3.36)mm低于对照组的(56.30±3.28)mm,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸可以增强心梗后心衰患者的心肺能力与预后,调整血脂水平,提升临床治疗效果,可靠性高。芪参益气滴丸具有消肿定痛、抗炎、抗氧化应激、抑制纤维化、促血管形成、改变新陈代谢等功能。Objective To discuss the effect of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills mediated myocardial fibrosis function changes on short-term prognosis of patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 48 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random mode theory,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of 91.67%in the experimental group was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of TC and TG in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the level of HDL-C and TG were(4.23±1.71)mmol/L and(1.60±0.21)mmol/L in experimental group,which were lower than(5.42±2.10)and(2.22±0.87)mmol/L in the control group;there was statistical difference(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,LVEDD in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and LVEDD of(51.21±3.36)mm in the experimental group was lower than(56.30±3.28)mm in the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropping pills can improve the cardiac function and prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure,adjust the level of blood lipids,improve the clinical treatment effect,and have high reliability.Qishen Yiqi dropping pill has the functions of antiinflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,inhibiting fibrosis,promoting angiogenesis,changing metabolism.
