补肾还少膏联合常规抗骨质疏松方案治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折经皮穿刺椎体成形术后患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾还少膏联合常规抗骨质疏松方案治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)术后患者的临床疗效。方法将60例OVCF行PVP术治疗后患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予口服碳酸钙D 3片抗骨质疏松治疗3个月,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上予补肾还少膏口服6个月。通过术后6个月随访,记录并比较2组术前、术后1天及术后6个月伤椎前缘高度比、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),比较2组术前和术后6个月腰椎骨密度(BMD)及中医证候评分的变化。结果2组术后1天、术后6个月伤椎前缘高度比均较本组术前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组术后6个月均高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组术后1天、术后6个月疼痛VAS、ODI评分均较本组术前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组术后6个月均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组术后6个月BMD均较本组术前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组术后6个月高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。2组术后6个月中医证候总分均较本组术前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组术后6个月低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论补肾还少膏联合常规抗骨质疏松方案治疗OVCF PVP术后疗效确切,能减轻或消除腰背疼痛,增强骨密度,并降低中医证候评分,恢复腰椎功能,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bushen Huanshao Cream Formula with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods Sixty OVCF patients were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).All patients were managed by oral calcium carbonate D 3 tablets for 3 months after PVP,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with Bushen Huanshao Cream Formula for 6 months.A 6-month postoperative follow-up was performed.The aim was to compare anterior height ratio of injured vertebrae,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI),lumbar bone mineral density(BMD),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score between groups before and after treatment,and at 6 months postoperatively.Results The anterior height ratio of injured vertebrae at 1 day and 6 months postoperatively in the both groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),which at 6 months postoperatively in the treatment group was notably increased compared with the control group(P<0.05).VAS and ODI scores at 1 day and 6 months postoperatively in the both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which at 6 months postoperatively in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,significantly increased BMD,and decreased TCM syndrome score were found in the both groups(all P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group for BMD,TCM syndrome score(all P<0.05).Conclusion For OVCF patients,Bushen Huanshao Cream Formula with PVP has significant curative effect,which can reduce or eliminate low back pain,enhance bone density,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and restore lumbar spine function.
