火针联合黄连膏包敷治疗慢性湿疹血虚风燥证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察火针联合黄连膏包敷治疗慢性湿疹血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例予局部火针方法治疗,治疗组50例在对照组基础上予黄连膏包敷方法治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒频率评分,并统计2组疗效及复发率。结果治疗组总有效率96.00%(48/50),对照组总有效率82.00%(41/50),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后EASI各项评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后瘙痒程度评分、瘙痒频率评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论火针联合黄连膏包敷治疗慢性湿疹血虚风燥证患者效果显著,能够减轻患者的瘙痒症状,降低复发率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with wrapping application of Huanglian ointment in the treatment of chronic eczemaof blood-deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome.Methods One hundred patients with chronic eczema of blood-deficiency and wind-dryland syndrome were randomly assigned in a 1∶1 ratio to either local fire needle therapy(control group)or Huanglian ointment plus local fire needletherapy(treatment group)for 4 weeks.The Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)score,pruritus degree and frequency scores were included as comparators between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(96.00%[48/50]vs 82.00%[41/50],P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of EASI,pruritus degree and frequency in the both groups were obviously decreased(all P<0.05),the decrease were more pronounced in the treatment group relative to the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group after 1-month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with wrapping application of Huanglian ointment is effective in the treatment of chronic eczema of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome,which can reduce the itching symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worthy of popularization and application.
