耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗肛肠术后疼痛和便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗肛肠术后疼痛和便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2022年9月至2023年8月期间我院行肛肠疾病手术的患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组35例接受常规治疗,观察组35例接受常规治疗+耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗。治疗7天。评估和比较2组临床治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、便秘改善情况、并发症以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率94.29%(33/35),对照组总有效率77.14%(27/35),观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的首次排便时间、每次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),而周排便次数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应率发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在肛肠术后治疗中,采用耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷治疗能够有效改善术后疼痛和便秘症状,提高临床疗效,并促进康复进程。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint patching on postoperativepain and constipation in patients underwent anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in our hospital September 2022 to August 2023 were enrolled,and they were randomly assigned into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35).All patients were managed by conventional treatment,and those in observation group were additionally treated with auricular point sticking combined with acupoint patching.Treated for 7 days,the aim was to compare visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain,improvement of constipation,the incidence of complication and adverse reactions.The clinical efficacy was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(94.29%[33/35]vs 77.14%[27/35],P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score in the both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),which was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Significantly shorter first defecation time and of defecation duration,and significantly higher weekly defecation frequency were found in observation group than those of control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The auricular point sticking combined with acupoint patching can effectively improve postoperative pain and constipation symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and promote recovery in patients underwent anorectal surgery.
