摘 要:绿色、环保、健康、滋润度高、保湿性能优良的手工皂受到越来越多人的青睐。本文探究了制作过程中的温度和水碱比对马赛皂性能的影响,分别检测了硬度、起泡力、泡沫稳定性、pH值、总游离碱、总苛性碱等多个检测项目,并邀请大众对皂的柔滑度、洗感、泡沫丰富度、保湿性能、色泽等5种性能进行感官评价,发现温度和水量对手工皂性能有较大的影响,最终得出了最适制作温度为50℃,最适水碱比为2.0或2.2的结论,为制备出性能更稳定的手工皂提供实验数据支持。Handmade soap is favored by more and more people because of green,environmental protection,health,high moisture and excellent moisture retention performance.The purpose was to explore the influence of temperature and ratio of water and alkali on the performance of Marseille soap during the manufacturing process.Several test items such as hardness,foaming power,foam stability,pH value,total free alkali and total caustic alkali were tested respectively.The public were invited to make sensory evaluation on the five properties of soap,such as smoothness,washing sensation,foam richness,moisturizing performance and color.Results revealed that temperature and water quantity had a great impact on the performance of hand-made soap,it was concluded that the optimum production temperature was 50℃and the optimum water alkali ratio was 2.0 or 2.2,which provided experimental data support for the preparation of more stable hand soap.
