摘 要:研究了用于立体光刻快速成型的ZZ-1227型光敏树脂的性能,并将其性能与Somos11122的性能进行了对比。结果表明,ZZ-1227的透射深度(D_(p))、临界曝光量(E_(c))和凝胶含量与曝光时间的关系,均与Somos11122非常接近,说明两者的固化速率接近;ZZ-1227在25℃的粘度,打印件的机械性能和玻璃化转变温度也与Somos11122接近;进一步对比研究了ZZ-1227和Somos111222之间的灰烬率和铸造性能,ZZ-1227的灰烬率稍微低于Somos11122,且成功铸造出表面性能优异的金属零部件。The properties of ZZ-1227 photosensitive resin for stereolithography rapid prototyping were studied,and its performance was compared with that of Somos11122.The results showed that the transmission depth(D_(p)),critical exposure amount(E_(c)),gel content vs exposure time of ZZ-1227 are very close to Somos11122,indicating that the curing rate of the two was similar.The viscosity at 25℃,the mechanical properties of printouts and the glass transition temperature of ZZ-1227 were also close to those of Somos11122.Further compared and studied the ash rate and casting performance between ZZ-1227 and Somos11122,the ash rate of ZZ-1227 was slightly lower than that of Somos11122,and successfully cast metal parts with excellent surface properties.
