摘 要:采用过渡金属铁(Fe)掺杂经过氢氟酸(HF)蚀刻的TiO_(2)载体制备出Fe_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)催化剂,可以解决将过渡金属(Fe)直接掺杂到TiO_(2)载体形成的催化剂催化活性低等问题。探究不同浓度的HF对TiO_(2)蚀刻后其表征情况和对CO的催化转化效率。结果表明,在4.16 mol/L浓度的HF溶液中加入TiOSO_(4),并利用水热法制备出的暴露高指数晶面TiO_(2)载体去负载过渡金属(Fe)做出来的催化剂在对CO吸附转化的测试中表现出最高的活性,在180℃时对CO的转化率可以达到90%,而且该类催化剂对CO催化转化效率高,在废气的光催化转化方面有着广阔的发展前景。Fe_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)catalyst was prepared by using transition metal(Fe)doping TiO_(2)support etched by hydrofluoric acid(HF),which can solve the problem of low catalytic activity of catalyst formed by directly doping transition metal(Fe)into TiO_(2)support.The characterization of TiO_(2)etched by HF with different concentrations and the catalytic conversion efficiency of CO were explored.The results showed that when TiOSO_(4)was added to 4.16 mol/L HF solution and the transition metal(Fe)was loaded on the exposed TiO_(2)crystal surface prepared by hydrothermal method,the catalyst showed the highest activity in the test of CO adsorption and conversion,and the conversion rate of CO could reach 90%at 180℃.Moreover,this kind of catalyst had high catalytic conversion efficiency for CO,and had broad development prospects in the photocatalytic conversion of waste gas.
