摘　　要：建立了一种使用高效液相色谱法测定安胎丸中芍药苷含量的方法。本研究采用RP-18 endcapped(5μm)色谱柱为固定相,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),流为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm。柱温为35℃。实验结果显示,芍药苷在9.686~96.86μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.08%,RSD=1.08%。本研究所建立的测定方法操作比较简单、专属性极强、结果比较准确、效果相对较好。A method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Antiao pills by High-performance liquid chromatography was established.RP-18 endcapped(5μm)chromatographic column was used as a stationary phase,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(14∶86),a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and a detection wavelength of 230 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship between paeoniflorin in the range of 9.686 to 96.86μg/mL.The average sample recovery rate was 99.08%,RSD=1.08%.The determination method established by this research institute had a relatively simple operation,strong specificity,accurate results,and relatively good results.
