摘  要:结果表明,采用HNO_(3)-HClO_(4)-HF混合酸进行微波消解,加热时间为5 min,加热功率为700 W,样品质量为0.2 g时,消解效果最佳。采用氩气保护下原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中总砷、总汞,加热温度为2000℃,荧光测定时间为5 s时,测定效果最佳。通过优化条件,测定了不同样品的总砷、总汞含量,结果表明本方法具有较高的准确性和重现性,适用于土壤中总砷、总汞含量的测定。The results showed that the best digestion effect was achieved when HNO_(3)-HClO_(4)-HF mixed acid was used for microwave digestion,with a heating time of 5 min,a heating power of 700 W,and a sample mass of 0.2 g.The atomic fluorescence spectrometry under argon protection was used to determine total arsenic and total mercury in soil.The best measurement effect was achieved when the heating temperature was 2000℃and the fluorescence measurement time was 5 s.By optimizing the conditions,the total arsenic and total mercury contents of different samples were determined.The results showed that this method had high accuracy and reproducibility,and was suitable for the determination of total arsenic and total mercury contents in soil.
