摘 要:以快速溶剂提取-硅酸镁柱净化洗脱-气/质联用仪对土壤中8种有机氯农药进行测试,通过对前处理过程中溶剂组分的选择,考察最佳提取及净化条件。试验结果表明:以二氯甲烷-丙酮混合溶剂为提取剂、正己烷-二氯甲烷混合溶剂为洗脱剂,对因土壤基质带来的色素、腐殖质及共萃物的干扰有明显降低;经方法验证,其相关线性系数、样品精密度及加标回收均达到相关分析标准的质量要求,此方法可作为土壤基质复杂性高的8种有机氯农药的定量分析。Eight organochlorine pesticides in soil were tested using a rapid solvent extraction magnesium silicate column purification elution gc/mass spectrometry instrument.The optimal extraction and purification conditions were investigated by selecting solvent components during the pre-treatment process.The experimental results showed that using a mixed solvent of dichloromethane acetone as the extractor and a mixed solvent of n-hexane dichloromethane as the eluent significantly reduced the interference of pigments,humus,and co extracts caused by soil matrix.After method validation,its correlation linear coefficient,sample precision and spiked recovery all met the quality requirements of the relevant analysis standards.This method can be used for quantitative analysis of 8 organic chlorine pesticides with high soil matrix complexity.
